I can see it and probably put a wrench on it without lifting it, but where does the pigtail go? Does the it have that long of a cord or is the connection made under the jacket? Has anyone done this before? I can't see the end of it with my flashlight and I don't want to have to buy plastic ramps ($50 now)
If the cord is that long I wonder if I can feel the plug out with my hand

The sensor will likely be rusted in place based on its location and how hot it gets. Just because you can reach it without jacking up the car does not mean you'll be able to apply enough torque to remove it.

If you have a floor jack, you can likely jack just one side of the vehicle behind the front wheel at the checkpoint and get enough clearance to scoot under there. Use a check stand for safety.

I don't remember anything special about the pigtail. O2 sensors especially rear ones tend not to have a lot of slack to avoid catching on things you drive over.
