can't find OBD port

Hello, My nephew was given a 1999 Saturn S1 and I'd like to find the OBD port to check for trouble codes but can't find it in the usual place for most cars (under the dash on the drivers side). Any ideas where to look? Thanks

 

Lay on the door opening at the bottom and stick your head under the dash. You're looking for that trapezoid shape. If the clutch pedal was there it would be pretty much lined up with that but sticking down out of the under dash. I'm pretty sure they were all white in color, towards the front.
