I have a 1999 Saturn sl2. It's an automatic. While driving down the highway my car suddenly stopped responding to my gas pedal. Pushing the gas nothing happened. I put it in neutral turn the key completely off and restarted it and it did fine. It does this at least a couple times while I'm driving and I don't know why. I replaced spark plugs and spark wires. I made sure battery cables were clean and connected. Could this be symptoms of a clogged catalytic converter or something else? I appreciate anyone's helping comments had diagnostics ran and it came up misfire in cylinder 1

Possible worn out throttle position sensor since it sends signals to the pcm. Dropping out at random may be a connection issue or the tps itself.
