Car not starting wont come out of park

    2007 Saturn made a ding sound fuel gage went to empty car emblem with lock next to it seat belts light all came on. Got some safe turned off car. Then the car was running fine. this Friday night on a trip the car dinged again only the lights came on with power steer coolant on gage. Researched to get car out of road by bypassing transmission to put out of gear to push off road. Researched on line said power steer electric motor. Put new on in and still nothing. Wont start or come out of park, unless you bypass the transmission. Help

    Did you solve your issues or not? If not, described in detail current symptoms, especially if the security indicator remains on, flashes quickly or blinks slowly.
