gas mileage stats

    That's nice but why don't you do some more research.. my 97 saturn sl2
    for example gets 35mpg in the city and 42 hiway

  3. I've had a '95 and '96 auto and got 29mpg. the '97 I have now gets only
    21 mpg, wonder why.

  4. You'll also want to add the 2.2L Ion. Didn't know I was getting that
    good gas milage as compared to the 2.4L (I'm averaging 34mpg in combined
    city/highway driving).

    Funny,with my last gas run,it really seemed to last longer than the
    other fills,when I reset the trip,it was around 350 milles,dont know
    why these ions '03 don't get alot better milage!,no ac running since

    Have you replaced your Coolant Temperature Sensor???

    If not, you might want to check that...

    big improvement in milage if the old air filter is dirty!!
