    Paid $2.63 for premium @ Exxon/Mobil today in San Diego - I think we're
    competing with Hawaii!

    That's cheap! Try pulling into Lee Vining or Bridgeport along highway 395.
    "Regular" is $2.99 a gallon.

    I'm sure that pump near the edge of the Elk Lake southwest of Mount Bachelor
    near Bend, Oregon is maybe $4.00 a gallon for "regular." Seems that pump is
    always $1.00 more than anywhere else due to its remote location - plus the
    bartender usually comes out to pump it for you.

    It's bouncing around $1.83 to 2.05 for regular in the Akron-Kent area.
