If you bought your Saturn at the now defunct Saturn of LIC in NYC
maybe you can help. The alarm they installed is supposed to warranted
for the life of the car but unfortunately I have no way of contacting
that alarm company that installed it for them. Saturn of Bay Ridge was
    no help.

Anyone out there who bought their Saturn at this dealership and got
the alarm system installed by them, if you could remember who that
alarm company was it would be a big help.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, you had an aftermarket alarm installed by a local company,
which is a rarity. This is where it gets out of Saturns hands and into the
whoever installed it. Look at your keyfob or open it up to see if there is a
brand name on or in it, then you can know at least who made it. Did your
alarm come with an instruction manual? That would lead to some information.
I would also suggest looking up in the phone book to locate all the nearest
stereo and alsrm installers to where that dealership was and visit them, you
are bound to find someone. Yu can also try calling or visiting the next
closest Saturn dealership and ask if anyone there used to work at the old
one. As you didnt state what year this was done, if it was 10 yrs ago, it
may be more difficult. Best of luck.
